REDHAT ACDEMY & PERI IT MOU EXCHANGE

PERI Institute of Technology has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Redhat Acdemy for promoting and reinforcing cooperation, mutual exchange of Information and Technological know-how, internships , improvement of research and academic programmes and also exchange of experts and researchers. The event included speeches of Mr.Ranjit Senguptha, Director & COO, Advantage pro and Dr.R.Palson Kenndy, Principal, PERIIT, Agreement Signing and nameplate unveiling.

The signing ceremony was Organized on 2nd February ,2019 in the presence of the officials from PERI IT and Redhat Academy. For the signing of the MoU, PERI IT was represented by its Principal Dr. R.Palson Kennedy while Redhat Academy was represented by Mr.Ranjith Sengupta, Director & COO, Advantage pro.

During the signing ceremony, Dr.R.Palson Kennedy welcomed the proposal and said that the industry internship opportunities provided to the students through his association will enable them to make optimum utilization of Open source technologies. It will also help them to get the first hand experience and make them industry ready by the end of their graduation.

Mr.Ranjith Sengupta, Director & COO, Advantage pro briefed the carrier opportunities available in linux. He also added that this will be a mutually beneficial value addition to both the giants for a win- win situation.

Followed by signing off ceremony, a technical session was organized in the afternoon session for II year CSE and ECE students. Mr. Kadhir , Technical Trainer ,Advantage Pro and Mr.Babu ,Senior executive outlined the importance of the Red Hat linux operating system and Cloud Computing technology with crystal clear picture. They visualized job opportunities in open source technologies where the students can aspire and initiate their career.
