COMMERCE ASSOCIATION INAUGURATION EMPERIOCOM

TAMIL THAI VAZHTHU:

On this wonderful day, all our department fellows gathered together in the conference hall (Beta block) for the Commerce Association Inauguration. The programme eventually started with a divinely prayer of Tamil Thai Vazhthu as a tribute to Goddess Saraswati.

WELCOME ADDRESS:

The welcome address was given by Mrs. Renuka Iyer, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce. She gave a warm welcome to the honourable Chief Guest and our Principal, other faculty members and the students.

LAMP LIGHTENING:

The event begins with lightening of lamp. Firstly the lamp was lit by the honourable Chief Guest, and then followed by the respected Principal and then by the Head of the Department.

CHIEF GUEST FELICITATION:

Chief Guest Mr. CA L SANKAR M.COM FCA was felicitated by our honorable Principal with a memento and bouquet.

PRINCIPAL ADDRESS:

Our honourable Principal Dr. A GUNASEKARAN, heartily welcomed the Chief Guest and everyone gathered there. Then he gave good motivational speech to our fellowship students about the objective of Commerce Association. He also gave the importance of Commerce in the today’s World.

ABOUT CHIEF GUEST:

R Sandhiya from First year B.Com (A&F) introduce the Chief Guest to the audience. His struggles and hardships and also about his simplicity in living life. Honourable Chief Guest Mr. CA L SANKAR M COM FCA is a Chartered Accountant by profession.

CHIEF GUEST ADDRESS:

Our Chief Guest Mr. CA L SANKAR M COM FCA, who is a Practicing Auditor by Profession gave us an motivating PPT presentation on the topic “Scope of Commerce”. The presentation and his lively speech gave students a clear view towards their course. He also gave many career opportunities to commerce students. Overall his speech was very much needy for commerce students.

VOTE OF THANKS:

Vote of thanks was given by Ms. Bharathi Assistant Professor of Department of Commerce. She thanked the Honorable Chief Guest Mr. CA L SANKAR M COM FCA for making his time for the occasion and giving his valuable speech. And she thanked our honorable Principal Dr. A Gunasekaran for guiding the faculty members and students to arrange the event and she also thanked our admin Mr. N.Vignesh for arranging required things for the programme, and other faculties, students who hosted this event and also students who made this programme grand successful.

NATIONAL ANTHEM:

The programme came to an end by giving good inspiration and creating great innovation in everyone’s mind with our National Anthem.
